Once your payment has been received in full your order will be processed and dispatched.
RETURN POLICY / GUARANTEE
Play and Grow Toys is committed to providing you with quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied, please return it to us in its original conditions within 30 days of receipt. We will then either replace or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
You can return or exchange your item free from anywhere in Australia. Just affix the postage sticker (enclosed with your order) on the return package and send it back to us in the post.

Are there any extra costs?
There are no hidden or additional costs/taxes/charges for Freight around Australia, so the price you pay when you order is the total cost.
Can you ship my order to a post box?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to a post box. Please provide us with a physical address to deliver to so that we can ensure your package gets to you safely.
How long after I place my order will it be shipped?
We will dispatch your order within 1 working day of your order being fully processed. We will notify you by email once your order has been packaged and dispatched.
How long will it take to arrive?
Once you have completed your purchase we know how eager you will be to receive it. With daily despatches, you will receive your order as quickly as possible.
Our delivery service is contracted to Australia Post and offers the following delivery times from Perth:

All orders over $100 are free of a delivery charge.

Considerable care has been taken with the preparation of all information and prices on this site, playandgrowtoys.com.au will not be held responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or any information given.
In the event that a www.playandgrowtoys.com.au product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, www.playandgrowtoys.com.au reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.playandgrowtoys.com.au reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.playandgrowtoys.com.au shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed your order through our website, you will get an automatic email confirmation containing the full order details.
As soon as full payment is received we aim to have your order dispatched within 1 working days.
You will receive an email you once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your order tracking details if applicable.
If for any reason there is an estimated delay in shipping your order, or if the item(s) you ordered are not available, we will notify you by email.

WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
If the wrong item is sent or there is an item missing from your order, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you free of charge. The cost of returning any wrongly sent items are also our responsibility. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery. Please keep all boxes and packaging for possible inspection by the freight company. Details of the damage will be taken and the claim processed between Play and Grow Toys and the shipping company.
It is our responsibility to replace the damaged item free of charge.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Address
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. If the order is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the goods or shippers. These restrictions are determined by the penitentiary and may vary.
In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the carrier made a mistake and left the package at a different address than what was printed on the label.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Most of our carriers make two attempts to deliver a package. Packages will always require a signature; If no one is present to accept the delivery after two attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Refused by Recipient
If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.

The same high strength encryption is used to transmit your credit card information from our secure server to our computers. We do not keep any credit card information on our server or on our computers.
