Shipping & Returns Policy

QUICK, RELIABLE DELIVERY

Once you have completed your purchase we know how eager you will be to receive it. With daily despatches, you will receive your order as quickly as possible. 

Our delivery service is contracted to Australia Post and offers the following delivery times from Perth:

Within Perth Metro area	1 day
Metro area to metro area	2 days
Metro area to rural location	3 days

 

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $5.95 per order. All orders over $100 are free of a delivery charge. 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide international shipping.

RETURNS

Play and Grow Toys is committed to providing you with quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied, please return it to us in its original conditions within 30 days of receipt. We will then either replace or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

You can return or exchange your item free from anywhere in Australia. Just affix the postage sticker (enclosed with your order) on the return package and send it back to us in the post.

If you are unable to find your returns form, don’t worry you can download it from our website. Simply click on the returns button.
